Using Client Portal

1. Open the email with the subject line: Secure message from Jeremy Dunn (taxesdunn)
2. Click on the link to access your documents

Note: Clicking Access and let expire will let you download your documents without creating an accout, but the link will expire in 4 days for security reasons. Clicking Set password and access will let you create a free account and have indefinite access to your documents.

1. Use your cell phone to go to: www.encyro.com/taxesdunn
2. Enter your email address (no Encryo account needed)
3. Click Browse or Take Picture to use your cell phone camera as a document scanner
4. Check the I'm not a robot button and submit. You may also add a secure message

Note: Blurry pictures can not be used. You may be asked to use a scanner.

1. Scan and save your tax documents
2. Use your computer to go to www.encyro.com/taxesdunn
3. Enter your email address (no Encryo account needed)
4. Drag and drop your scanned documents or select the Browse button to manually select your files
5. Check the I'm not a robot button and submit. You may also add a secure message
